Richard has only relatively recently started growing vegetables. He comes from an arable farming background so the last two years have been a learning experience for him. We think he has done really well and we have been happy to sell his organic produce. These include his innovative organic living salads - a tray full of green and red leaved lettuces which continues to grow as you harvest it. We also sell his "soleil" yellow courgettes, costello cabbages, beautiful rainbow chard (it really is too radiant to eat), cucumbers, green peppers, jalepeno chillis and Uchiki Kuri squash.
